Meet our team of care professionals

Kelly Green
Senior Registered Care Manager

Kelly Green joined Bluebird Care in February 2011 and the Senior Registered Manager for the Chiltern & Dacorum Team and Watford & Three Rivers Team. Kelly has worked in Care at Home Services for more than ten years, her first two years was studying Health and Social Care Level 3 – during which time she experienced many different work placements from Children to Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Elderly Residential Care.

Once qualified Kelly went on to work for a Hertfordshire Social Services accredited service provider first as a Care Worker and then a Senior Care Worker before being promoted to manage her own area for more than five years. 

As Registered Manger for Bluebird Care Kelly is responsible for the supervision of all staff and customer relationships to ensure Bluebird Care are delivering a service to meet our customers’ individual needs. She is also responsible for all the safety and legal aspects of the care. 

As part of her Continual Professional Development with Bluebird Care, Kelly has completed a QCF Diploma Level 5 in Management and Leadership.

Kelly is supported by the Care Supervisors and Care Co-ordinator.

Sandra Hennessy
Care Supervisor

I have worked in care since the age of 18 and would not change my job, I have gained so much knowledge and experience since becoming a carer.

I have a level 3 Qualification in Dementia care, the qualification has helped me to ensure that i can help provide people living with dementia have the best quality of life.

I love listening to music and I love going swimming I enjoy gardening and love growing my own vegetables plus I have a dog and tropical fish.

Tania Orbell
Care Coordinator

When I started working at Bluebird care and had the pleasure of becoming the coordinator. I previously worked in a local primary school for over 10 years and now that both my children are grown up, I decided I wanted to go into care work as this has been something I have been interested in for many years. I enjoy meeting new people and like to help and support others.
