I have worked in care for almost 15 years. I joined the Bluebird Care team in August 2015 and haven't looked back. Bluebird Care has a fantastic TEAM who work together effectively to deliver safe and reliable care. The management team are there 24/7 for any advice staff need throughout the training period and thereafter. All the staff at Bluebird Care have a passion for care and genuinely care for the people we support and their famalies.

3 months ago I joined bluebird care and it was the best decision I have made. All staff are helpful and supportive in any situation, making sure everything runs smoothly so customers receive the best care they can. It is just an all round great company to work for. The opportunities are endless with this company they really want you to achieve the best you can, supporting you all the way, giving you appreciation for your work that you do that you don’t always get from other care companies.

I have worked for bluebird as a care assistant for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say what a fantastic company it is. We are like one big family who support each other. I absolutely love my job and to know that I make a difference to somebody's life by helping them is hugely rewarding. Bluebird has recently put me forward for 'Compassionate Care' Award 2021 where I was shortlisted to the final and won . I felt honored, appreciated and very happy.

What a fantastic team, ranging from the carers, who ensure that each and every one of our customers receives the upmost and best care possible, to our office team, who ensure everything runs smoothly for both our carers and our customers. We were very privileged to receive the "Employer Of The Year" Business Excellence Award, along with one of our carers being nominated for the National Care award. I could not be prouder and more privileged to be part of such an amazing team.
