Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year Job Description: Bluebird Care Cheshire East is looking for an HR & Finance Officer to support recruitment, payroll, invoicing, training compliance, and general administration. This role will help reduce workload from the management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a busy care office. We are looking for someone organised, accurate, and comfortable working across both HR and finance. What You Will Do: HR & Recruitment Advertise roles, review applications, arrange interviews, and manage onboarding Complete right-to-work checks, references, and DBS documentation Set up new starters on e-learning and monitor training completion Maintain accurate personnel files for CQC compliance Support employee welfare and respond to routine HR queries Finance & Payroll Support Assist with weekly payroll: hours, mileage, travel time, sleep-ins, live-ins Process staff expenses and maintain finance records Support invoicing for private clients, local authorities, and NHS CHC Handle basic credit control and invoice queries Update spreadsheets and carry out simple finance checks General Administration Provide day-to-day admin support to the office team Answer calls during busy periods and help with enquiries Prepare documents, letters, and standard forms Maintain accurate data entry and produce simple reports What We’re Looking For: Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or finance administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using spreadsheets and basic finance tools Able to prioritise tasks and meet weekly deadlines Professional, reliable, and confident communicating with staff Hours & Working Pattern 30 - 40 hours per week Office based in Crewe Flexible working pattern available Salary & Benefits £30,000 per year (pro rata if working under 40 hours) 28 days annual leave (pro rata) Pension scheme Training and development opportunities Supportive and well-structured working environment

Children's Support Worker
€13.50 - €13.50 per hour
We are looking for passionate, patient and motivated Female Support Workers to join our exceptional team, supporting children across the Cheshire East area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children aged 5–18 (and occasionally younger) who present with challenging behaviours , often associated with ADHD, Autism, or related conditions. Experience in community care for children with challenging behaviours and an understanding of Positive Behavioural Support plans is essential. Please note, we are unfortunately unable to offer any form of spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer for this position.
