Shazana Sajid

Shazana has worked for several years in the care industry, from residential, supported living and recently working in domiciliary care. She has previous experience in various roles, including carer, team leader, recruitment, and care co-ordinator. 

Shazana has experience in mental health & forensics, as well as complex needs. She is passionate about supporting and helping people in achieving the best possible care and to maintain their independence. 

She enjoys working within the team of supervisors here, helping to manage packages of care and supporting staff to develop their skills.

Outside of work, Shazana loves spending time with her family and enjoys reading, travelling and cooking.
