Shelley became a part of our team in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from her successful career in care recruitment with a large local care provider. With her background in managing teams across different sectors, Shelley has been a fantastic addition to our family. She not only handles our recruitment but also lends a helping hand to our training team, ensuring we find the best Care Experts for our customers. Shelley is very thorough with her recruiting and we make sure to only employ carers who we would want looking after our loved ones. With over 15 years in the Health and Social Care sector, her insights are incredibly valuable. When she’s not at work, Shelley enjoys volunteering for The Cinnamon Trust and her local Worcester Lions Club.
