Lynn Southern

Lynn has had many different roles within the health and social care sector, bringing with her a wide range of experience. She has worked in care homes, domiciliary care, supporting individuals living with autism, dementia, and learning disabilities, giving Lynn a wealth of knowledge to pass onto our Care Experts. She also has a great passion for raising awareness and helping those with dementia, completing a Level 4 Dementia Specialist qualification to further her knowledge, in 2025. Outside of work, Lynn loves to spend time with wildlife and animals. She has three dogs, two cats, and a snake at home!
