At Bluebird Care, our Field Care Supervisor play a vital role, ensuring our Customers receive the highest standards of care while supporting and mentoring our care experts in the field. You’ll be the friendly voice behind the scenes when managing enquiries from potential customers to being hands on delivering care, when required. Responsibilities As a Field Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: Managing enquires and winning new business Monitoring the performance of care assistants Carrying out quality reviews at the customer’s home to make sure the service is being delivered in line with company procedures Creating individually tailored care plans that respects the customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy.
