Louise Phillips Registered Care Manager

Louise Phillips - Registered Care Manager

Louise is a dedicated Care Manager with over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Louise has spent the past three years as a Registered Manager, following three years as a Deputy Manager, supporting teams and ensuring the highest standards of care. Passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, Louise focuses on creating a supportive environment for both staff and service users, combining experience, compassion, and leadership to deliver exceptional care every day. Outside of work, She enjoys walking and playing golf, spending quality time with friends and family.

Tendai Fortune - Care Supervisor

Tendai Fortune - Care Supervisor

Originally from Zimbabwe, Tendai joined us in March 2023. With 4 years of experience in care, Tendai has always seen caring as her calling. She first worked as a carer in Zimbabwe, and when she learned about opportunities in the UK, she was inspired to take a leap of faith. Since joining Bluebird Care, Tendai has been a valuable member of the team, known for her bubbly personality, dedication and passion for supporting customers. Outside of work, Tendai enjoys reading—especially books that have been adapted into films or series and exploring the beautiful English countryside on long walks.

Leanne Thompson Care Coordinator

Leanne Thompson - Care Coordinator

Leanne, our Care Coordinator, brings over 14 years of healthcare experience in roles ranging from Care Assistant to Client Support Manager. Her wide-ranging experience has given her a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, consistency, and professionalism in delivering high-quality care. She joined Bluebird Care because of its reputation for person-centred services and its supportive team culture. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and even playing the occasional game of bingo for fun. She believes every person deserves to feel valued, respected, and supported.
