She manages the content for our social media platforms and websites while creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to help those who need our help find us and to attract those who wish to work within the care industry.

She also leads our recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting interviews and ensuring that our onboarding journey is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
