Our Live-in carers are not self-employed; we are the employer, and we undertake all obligations re tax, insurance and training. Our Live-in Care Assistants also benefit from support and regular visits from a designated Supervisor only a few miles away. Who are we looking for? You need to be calm and patient with an ability to think on your feet and remain professional in occasionally stressful situations; you must respect the customer’s privacy and right to make their own choices; but above all, you need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. You must have at least 1 years’ previous experience in Home Care (or other healthcare role, such as Nursing). Every successful applicant undergoes a thorough pre-work training program and receives on-going training and support throughout the duration of their employment. You must have a strong grasp of English (reading, writing, speaking) and pass cleanly thorough an Enhanced Criminal Record (DBS) check. We operate in South East London and North West Kent and Bromley Kent. You must have a British passport or the right to work in the UK.
