Live-in Care Assistant

Location: St Erth
£125 per day | Expert training | Rolling 2 weeks on / 1 week off rota

We’re looking for a caring, patient and dependable Female Live-in Care Assistant to support a customer in their own home in St Erth.

This is a live-in role, providing consistent one-to-one support with daily routines, personal care, companionship and practical tasks around the home.

You’ll help the customer feel safe, comfortable and supported, while encouraging independence, choice and familiar routines.

Due to the nature of this role, this is a female-only position due to an occupational requirement.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship. If you require sponsorship to work in the UK, your application will not be successful.

Responsibilities

As a Live-in Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one care tailored to the customer’s needs
  • Supporting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
  • Helping with moving and positioning, where required
  • Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
  • Providing companionship and practical support
  • Helping with everyday tasks around the home
  • Supporting the customer to get out and about, where needed
  • Being a dependable and reassuring presence in the customer’s home

Hours and pay

  • £125 per day
  • Rolling 2 weeks on / 1 week off rota
  • Clearly defined working time, downtime and regular breaks

Requirements

For this role, you’ll need:

  • A kind, patient and dependable approach
  • Confidence providing one-to-one support
  • A willingness to support someone to live well at home
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK

Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential, full training will be provided.
