Ideal for a Field Care Supervisor, Senior Carer, or experienced Care Professional ready to step up.
The role
- Supervise and support care assistants in the field
- Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality monitoring
- Complete and review care plans and assessments
- Conduct new customer assessments
- Audit care notes and documentation
- Work closely with Coordinators and Management
- Join a paid, supported on-call rota
What you’ll need
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Domiciliary care experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
