Location: In Customers' Own Homes, across Hampshire/South Buckinghamshire

£777-978.67/ week | Expert training provided | Live-in role with paid breaks

 About the Role

You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
  • Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
  • Support with medication and preparing meals
  • Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
  • Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance 
  • Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
  • Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care

What we're looking for

  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • Aged 18+
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential- full training is provided
