 £30,000–£34,000 OTE

 Full-time | Permanent

A care coordinator role without the chaos

If you’re currently a Care Coordinator (or a Senior Carer ready to step up), you’ll know the reality of the role can sometimes feel like constant firefighting.

That’s not how we operate.

At Bluebird Care Stamford, we’ve built a stable, well-supported service with established care rounds and a strong team—so you can focus on coordinating quality care, not constantly plugging gaps.

 What you’ll earn

  • £28,000–£30,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • + On-call payments (£50–£100 per week)
  • + Quarterly bonus (£1,500–£3,000 per year)
  • + £750 joining bonus (after probation)

 Realistic earnings: £30,000–£34,000 OTE

 What makes this role different

  • ✅ Structured, stable care rounds – not constant last-minute changes
  • ✅ Strong care team – focus on coordination, not crisis cover
  • ✅ Supportive leadership – work alongside an experienced Lead Coordinator
  • ✅ Team-based approach – you’re never handling everything alone
  • ✅ Planned, organised service – not a chaotic environment

 The role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our service running smoothly:

  • Build and manage efficient, consistent care rotas
  • Coordinate visits using digital scheduling systems
  • Communicate with carers, clients, and families professionally
  • Maintain high standards in line with CQC expectations
  • Take part in a supported on-call rota (1 week in 4)

 Career growth

This isn’t just a job—it’s a step forward:

  • Clear pathway to Senior Coordinator / Deputy Manager
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunity to progress within Bluebird Care

 About you

  • Experience in domiciliary care (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it)
  • Organised, calm, and solution-focused
  • Confident using rostering/scheduling systems
  • A team player who takes pride in quality care

❤️ Why join us
