Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting, ideally within domiciliary care
  • Experience supporting customers with a range of needs.
  • Experience completing care plans, risk assessments and reviews
  • Confident supporting and guiding carers in the community
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills and able to manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to take part in the on-call rota
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
