We are currently looking to recruit caring and passionate Live-in Carers to join our outstanding care team to provide quality care to people in their own homes as an alternative to residential care homes. We care for elderly individuals and couples with a range of needs.
We can’t look after our clients if we don’t look after our staff. Our Live-In Carers benefit from:
Competitive pay from £695.52 to £796.32 per week
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata),
- PAID training and ongoing support,
- Office and field team support available at all times,
- Support for Health and Social Care qualifications
- Company pension scheme.
What we look for in our Live-In Care Assistants:
- A minimum of 6 months' previous experience within a live-in care environment
- Hold a full driving licence
- Must have authorisation to work in the UK
- A friendly and caring approach to others
- Genuine desire to help others
- The ability to relate to people with a variety of backgrounds
- A respectful and sensitive approach to customers
- A professional, reliable attitude
- Flexible
- Ability to work on their own or in a team under pressure
- Patience and a sense of humour!
Hours will vary and be on a rolling rota to be discussed in line with your availability.
