You will work closely with the Lead Coordinator and as part of the coordinating team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards of care.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage effective care rotas to ensure continuity of service
  • Coordinate care visits efficiently, responding to changes quickly
  • Communicate professionally with carers, clients, families, and health professionals
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing critical support when needed
  • Work as part of a team ensuring smooth operations and quality care

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in community care/homecare
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm, solution-focused, and professional under pressure
  • A caring, customer-centred approach
  • Confident using scheduling systems and digital tools
  • Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of care
