Location: Glasgow South
Pay: £14 per hour
Shifts: 8:00am – 12:00pm | 5 days out of 7

Bluebird Care Glasgow South is recruiting caring and reliable Care Assistants who can drive and have access to their own car to support customers in their own homes. This rewarding morning role offers consistency, flexibility, and the opportunity to genuinely improve someone’s quality of life.

The Role

You will support customers with:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Meal preparation and nutrition

• Medication support

• Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, cleaning)

• Companionship and emotional support

You will work independently in the community with full support from our experienced and friendly office team.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or visa transfer available)

• A caring, calm, and professional approach

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow care plans

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential 

• New joining PVG applications will be paid for by the candidate.
