Live-In Care Assistant (Female)

Locations: Cambridgeshire | Huntingdonshire | Bedfordshire | East Cambridgeshire | Fenland
Pay: Up to £900 per week (including food allowance, dependent on care package)

Role Overview

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will live in your customer’s home, providing tailored support that enables them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in familiar surroundings.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Personal care and hygiene support

  • Medication assistance and prompting

  • Companionship and emotional support

  • Meal preparation and light household duties

  • Shopping and running errands

  • Supporting customers to attend appointments and social activities


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have at least 2 years’ continuous live-in care experience

  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be registered on the DBS Update Service

  • Have the right to work in the UK (British Citizen, Settled Status or ILR)

  • Be available for a minimum rotation of 4 weeks on / 1 week off

  • Be comfortable supporting both male and female customers

  • Be happy working in households with pets
