We’re now looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team in a hybrid role, combining office-based support with hands-on domiciliary care in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carer ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a real difference.

About the Role
This role offers the best of both worlds:

• 15 contracted hours per week supporting the office team
• Additional flexible, ad hoc hours delivering high-quality domiciliary care to our customers
• Flexible working days to suit you and us

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Office Team with office administration and compliance
• Assist with training and supporting new staff
• Assist the Care Coordinator with scheduling
• Deliver person-centred, high-quality care tailored to individual needs
• Support with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
• Assist with medication in line with care plans
• Build trusted, positive relationships as a familiar and friendly face
• Support office operations and care coordination during office-based hours

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
