Care Assistant – Full Time, Part-Time & Bank Positions (Drivers with Own Car Required)
£14.00 per hour + holiday pay | £28.00 per hour on Bank Holidays

Important: You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car.

Bluebird Care Inverclyde and Renfrewshire are recruiting Care Assistants who drive and own a car to provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

This is a community-based role and independent travel between client visits using your own vehicle is essential.

Working Hours

• Full Time is on a shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off one week, 4 days on and 3 days off the following week - 7am start. 
• Every second weekend
• Bank (flexible) shifts available

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care and support in clients’ homes
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
• Following individualised care plans
• Communicating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Travelling between client visits using your own car

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a reliable car
• Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
