We support customers across Lymington, New Milton, Brockenhurst, and surrounding villages, helping them stay independent, comfortable, and connected in the place they love most – their own homes.

What You’ll Do

Every day is different, but your role may include:

• Friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care and medication support
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Helping customers get out for errands, appointments, or fresh air
• Encouraging independence and ensuring safety at home

What We Offer

• £12.50 per hour for care contact time
• £12.21 per hour travel time, plus 45p per mile reimbursement
• Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays
