Care Assistant Southampton

Looking for a career where what you do truly matters every day? Bluebird Care Southampton & Totton is expanding our friendly, supportive team of Health Care Assistants across Southampton (SO14–SO19), Totton, Lyndhurst, Ashurst, and Marchwood.
Flexible Shifts to Suit You
- Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends REQUIRED
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. Your role may include:
- Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
- Assisting with or administering medication
- Preparing meals tailored to individual needs
- Helping with light household tasks and local errands
Who We’re Looking For
No prior care experience? No problem. We provide full training and support. You just need to be:
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable
- A good communicator and team player
- Aged 18 or over with a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- £12.50 per hour for care contact time
- Paid travel time and 45p per mile reimbursement
