We are recruiting reliable, caring drivers to join our established Care Assistant team. This is a community-based role supporting customers in their own homes across Wellingborough and surrounding villages.

Immediate starts available.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing and grooming
  • Support with medication administration
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
  • Carry out light household duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice
  • Complete accurate care records

No previous care experience is required — full training is provided.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own car for work
  • Ability to travel between customer visits
  • Availability to work alternate weekends
  • Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
