Care Assistant – Part-Time & Bank Opportunities

£14.00 per hour plus holiday pay | £28.00 per hour on Bank Holidays

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes as an alternative to residential care.

This role is ideal whether you are seeking a long-term career in care or flexible work to supplement existing employment.


Working Hours

  • Part-time shifts:

    • 7:00am – 2:00pm

    • 4:00pm – 10:00pm

  • Every second weekend

  • Bank (flexible) positions also available


Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing compassionate care and support within clients’ homes

  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication support

  • Following individualised care plans

  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining a safe environment in line with health and safety regulations

  • Travelling between client visits as required


Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Access to a reliable vehicle

  • Ideally one year of care experience; however, full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment
