Becky has created a team of Clinical Care Practitioners who are excelling in what they do. She provides ongoing training and support to her team and has created a culture where you can thrive and progress, and most importantly, be respected and acknowledged for your work.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to increase their care skills and/or is interested in career and salary progression. Many of our clinical care team have gone on to work in more specialist job roles; including nurses, paramedics, midwifery, physiotherapy and social work.

Positions available at Bluebird Care: Colchester & Tendring and Braintree & Uttlesford.

Care Assistant: £13.15 - £17.12 p/h (£12.75 starting rate if under 2 years’ experience)
Live in Carer: £875-£1,100 (depending on complexity of package)
Awake Nights: £14.10 - £17.50 p/h
Sleep ins: £110 per night
