Care Field Supervisor

We have an incredible opportunity for someone to join as a new Care Supervisor – an integral role in the business. This is the perfect role for an existing Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator or Senior Carer looking to progress their career with a progressive and supportive company.

The role focuses on two key areas – Carers and Customers, but most importantly it is an enjoyable and varied position that provides a perfect balance between working in the office and within customer’s homes in the Colchester & Tendring area.

Supporting Carers:

If you enjoy using your experience and knowledge to mentor, nurture and support existing Care Assistants then the Care Supervisor role will be an ideal role which allows you to spend more time focusing on support and less time providing direct care in the community.

Supporting Customers:

The Care Supervisor is responsible for making sure customers receive excellent quality care and support to help them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. This role is about being a professional and friendly face who wants to understand customers and form a rapport with them.

Requirements for a Care Supervisor:

• Preferred understanding of the social care sector
• Full clean driver’s license
• Self-motivated and well-organised
• Flexible
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and Fun outlook
• On Call - You will be responsible for the on call phone for 1 week in 6 with a day off in lieu given the week after.
