Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Redbridge

Contract: Full-time, permanent

A well-established and highly rated care provider in the Epping Forest area is seeking a motivated Registered Manager to lead and grow a thriving domiciliary care service.

 The service currently supports around 60 private customers with a dedicated team of 20 staff, including four experienced direct reports. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager who is ambitious, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering excellent standards of care while expanding a business in the private home care market.

Key requirements:
     •    Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
     •    Valid UK driver’s licence
     •    Proven experience managing domiciliary care services
     •    Strong track record with CQC inspections
     •    Experience in scaling a business, ideally within the private customer or franchise market
     •    Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial awareness
