Are you a high-energy, assertive professional ready for an exciting development opportunity? We are an already highly successful care business expanding into a new territory in Lytham, Fylde & Blackpool, and we’re looking for a dynamic Care Manager to join our team. This is a brilliant development opportunity for someone ready to make their mark. You’ll work alongside the Registered Manager (no CQC registration required) to build and grow a thriving care service. This role offers a fantastic chance to grow your leadership experience in a thriving, supportive environment. You’ll combine management, administration, and hands-on care to grow and develop a thriving service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead smooth running of new territory, under direction from the Registered Manager.
- Responsibility for driving growth and delivering on targets.
- Ensure delivery of a premium, compassionate & person centred care service at all times.
- Administrate effective compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and standards.
- Lead a growing team of care assistants.
- Produce care assessments, care plans, and care reviews for new customers. Deliver care, as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
What we’re looking for
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- NVQ in Social Care is desirable.
- Strong administrative skills and experience in managing a team
- Care delivery experience and proven track record of high performance with customers.
- High energy and pace.
- Willingness to be flexible in responding to challenges and problems as they arise.
- Motivated, focused and able to take initiative.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
