What You’ll Do:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between our care team and our customers, ensuring every person receives the highest standard of care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Your role will include:

• Building meaningful connections - managing enquiries and developing new business opportunities.
• Empowering care assistants - guiding, mentoring, and monitoring performance to help them shine.
• Championing quality - carrying out home visits and reviews to ensure our customers always receive the very best.
• Personalising care - creating tailored plans that honour each customer’s independence, dignity, and lifestyle.
• Ensuring excellence - overseeing electronic MAR charts and taking action when needed.
• Collaborating with others - working closely with families, health professionals, and our amazing team to deliver truly outstanding care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in the Care Industry.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• A natural people-person with strong communication and organisational skills.
• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
