Responsibilities

As a Field Care Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular supervisions of healthcare assistants
Mentoring new team members in the field, assisting in the monitoring of quality control
Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services and review existing care plans.
Taking part in the on-call schedule on a rotational basis
Working closely with care coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders
Completing care note audits
