Responsibilities

As a Field Care Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular supervisions of healthcare assistants
  • Mentoring new team members in the field, assisting in the monitoring of quality control
  • Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
  • Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services and review existing care plans.
  • Taking part in the on-call schedule on a rotational basis
  • Working closely with care coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders
  • Completing care note audits

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in domiciliary care
  • Minimum of a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or similar)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own car
