No previous care experience? That’s absolutely fine. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build confidence and grow in your role.

  • £12.62 per hour (weekdays)

  • £12.82 per hour (weekends)

What you’ll be doing

Every day is different, but your support will help people remain independent and safe at home. Your role will include:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication reminders)

• Providing companionship – sometimes a friendly chat makes all the difference

• Helping with everyday tasks such as shopping and light housework

• Supporting customers with outings and activities so they can continue enjoying life

Role details

• Location: Truro, with availability to cover Mid & West Cornwall

• Job type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

• Shifts available:

  • Mornings

  • Evenings

  • Alternate weekends

  • Longer shifts available

What we need from you

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

• A caring, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

• Reliability and flexibility to support customers across Mid & West Cornwall
