Care Supervisor-Bath area

Bluebird Care Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset, are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate, Full time Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Salary: £27,000

The role of the Care Supervisor is integral to the team in providing our Care Assistant's and Customer's with guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective running of our service.

Your responsibilities as a Care Supervisor:

• Support with effective implementation of customer care assessments, care and support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
• Liaising with Customer Care Managers to manage and support performance of Care Experts.
• Engaging in regular spot checks with Care Experts in the field.
• Communicating effectively with office team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Liaising with external professionals to support business growth
• Care and support duties as required.
• To support the team with on-call duties on a rota basis (additional pay)

What we need from you:

• At least one year experience in a care role.
• An understanding of care plans, assessments and reviews 
• Diploma Level 2 or equivalent or be willing to work towards this.
• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.
