As a Care Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage and inspire a team of care professionals, ensuring that high-quality care is consistently provided to individuals who need it most. You will play a vital role in overseeing care plans, liaising with families, and ensuring that compliance and best practices are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

This is a Service Quality Role, which is office and field based. As Care Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new care packages
• Reviewing current customer packages
• Risk assessing
• Observing your team of care assistants in the field, carrying out observations and medication competencies
• To support and guide your staff team
• Taking part in an on-call rota which is paid in addition to your salary
• Office/community based, supporting customers and care staff

What we require from you:

• A passion to provide the highest quality care in South Gloucestershire
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
• Field Care Supervisor experience or Supervision of Care Assistants preferred
• Care planning experience preferred
• A deep understanding of care management principles and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills
