What Does the Role Involve?

As a Bluebird Care Assistant, you’ll be out in the local community, supporting customers with everyday tasks so they can remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No two days are the same and every day you’ll make a real impact.

Don’t worry if you’re new to care. We provide excellent training, hands-on shadowing with experienced staff, and full support while you complete your Care Certificate.

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
