As a Customer Supervisor, your main focus will be support our fantastic customers, ensuring all needs are met with the added bonus of no staff to manage! This is purely a customer focused role.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing Care Plan
  • Carrying out reviews
  • Completed Medication Checks
  • Meeting new customers

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle 
  • Previous experience in care sector (preferable home care)
  • IT skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
  • A strive to succeed and always strive for the best results
  • Excellent external and internal stakeholder management 
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to continually learn and improve.
