As a Staff Supervisor, your main focus will be support our fantastic care professionals, ensuring they feel supported at all times!

Responsibilities

As a Staff Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing spot checks and medication competency
• Staff Supervisions
• Provide support and guidance for staff

Requirements

• Full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle 
• Previous experience in care sector (preferable home care)
• IT skills
• Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
• A strive to succeed and always strive for the best results
• Excellent external and internal stakeholder management 
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to continually learn and improve.
