What You’ll Need:

  • Hands on experience in a leadership role within the care sector
  • Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
  • To be currently living in the Eastbourne & Wealden area

What You’ll Receive:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants
  • Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in the monitoring of quality control
  • Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
  • Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager
  • Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis
  • Working closely with coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders
