Location:  WINCHESTER (Or from any of our four offices)

Responsibilities

As a Live-in Care Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing the care needs of existing customers
  • Managing the ongoing relationship with our customers
  • Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld
  • Working alongside relatives and local healthcare professionals to ensure customers receive an outstanding service
  • Community engagement activity
  • Some on-call duties

Requirements

  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
  • Relevant risk assessment qualifications (preferred)
  • Right to Work WITHOUT requiring spοnsοrship or visa transfer (unfortunately we are unable to provide spοnsοrship at this time)
