Going the Extra Mile: Excellence in Care for Customers & Carers

At Bluebird Care, we believe in going above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our customers and carers. 

Our Customer Sparkle of the Month is a special initiative where one customer is nominated each month for a thoughtful treat to lift their spirits. Whether it’s enjoying a lovely lunch, taking a scenic boat trip, or spending quality time together with a fun hobby at home, we always aim to brighten their day and create lasting memories.

For our carers, we celebrate their hard work and dedication through initiatives like Carer of the Month, where exceptional carers are recognised and rewarded. We also host team days out to show our appreciation - such as bowling evenings, meals out, and team BBQ's in the summer, and also run employee referral competitions to encourage and reward our outstanding team members. These efforts are part of our commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment for everyone involved in the Bluebird Care family.

At Bluebird Care, we also believe that giving back to our community and supporting meaningful causes is an essential part of who we are. That’s why we love bringing our staff and customers together for fun and heartfelt events and fundraisers throughout the year!

Whether it’s donning a red nose for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day, dressing in pink to champion Breast Cancer Now’s Wear It Pink Day, or getting into the festive spirit with Christmas Jumper Day to raise support for our local foodbanks, there’s always a reason to come together and make a difference.
