Live-in Care Assistant
From £800 per week

As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Live-In Care Expert to join our Bluebird Care Team who will help us set the standard. You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship. Responsibilities As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include: Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility Manage their medication and prep their meals Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance Benefits £800 a week (includes food allowance) Holiday Pay PVG costs paid Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development (Full support for SVQ qualifications) Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team Flexible working patterns (often 1-3 weeks on, followed by breaks) Pension scheme and travel expense reimbursement Requirements A kind and caring nature Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality Have a Right to Work in the UK Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle If you care deeply and want to give the highest quality of care, at Bluebird Care, we make sure you have the time you need to do what you do best, the training so you can keep doing it better and the rewards that delivering such high-quality care deserves.
