Salaried Care Assistant

Our Care Assistants work out in the community helping our customers to live independently in their own homes. You will support customers with a variety of everyday tasks. You will get thorough training, shadowing a mentor or experienced member of the team, and support while completing The Care Certificate. Who are we looking for? People who care deeply about improving the life experience of vulnerable members of the community, who have a caring and compassionate attitude, and who are reliable. We ask that you are 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults. You need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Bromley, and have access to a car that you can use for work. What are we offering in return? What you’ll do You’ll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, including: Personal care Preparing meals Medication support Companionship and social visits Pay and progression Your pay can grow as your skills and experience grow: Basic: £15.25 (weekday) | £15.40 (weekend) Higher: £15.50 (weekday) | £16.15 (weekend) Senior: £15.80 (weekday) | £16.50 (weekend) Mentor: £16.30 (weekday) | £16.90 (weekend) Many of our team progress into senior and mentor roles with the right support and training.
