What you’ll do: Our Care Assistants work out in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You must live in or within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks and be fully committed to delivering high-quality care. You will need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Sevenoaks and have access to a car that you can use for work. Bluebird care Sevenoaks Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: £45,000 per annum + performance related KPI bonus We are looking for an experienced and motivated Interim Registered Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated homecare team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager who can provide strong leadership, maintain high standards of care, and support a well-established branch that delivers high-quality domiciliary care to private clients. About the Role You will be responsible for the day to day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining exceptional standards of care, and supporting the team to deliver person-centred services that enable people to remain independent in their own homes. You will work alongside an experienced office team and committed care staff who are passionate about delivering outstanding care. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Registered Manager experience in domiciliary/homecare (essential). Has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards. Has experience managing homecare services. Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills. Is confident in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
