As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. If you’re someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a supportive business, that makes a real difference to their customers, then this is where you belong. Responsibilities As a Field Care Supervisor your key responsibilities will include: Conducting regular supervisions of healthcare assistants Mentoring new team members in the field, assisting in the monitoring of quality control Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services and review existing care plans.
