Marketing & Content Executive (Collateral & Social Media) Location: Hybrid / Office-based (going to the offices once a month – where needed) Reporting to: Group Sales and Marketing Manager Salary - £35,000 – £40,000 About the Role We are looking for a creative, organised, and detail-focused Marketing & Content Executive to take ownership of our social media and marketing content. You will play a key role in how we communicate with local communities, families, and partners. Your content will help drive awareness, engagement, and enquiries, while reflecting the high quality of care we provide. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage multiple priorities across different branches, creating clear, engaging, and locally relevant content. Key Responsibilities Social Media Create and manage social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Write engaging content with clear calls to action Tailor content for different local branches and communities Maintain a consistent posting schedule Monitor engagement and adapt content where needed Content Creation Write clear, engaging copy for social media, newsletters, and campaigns Turn care-related information into simple, accessible messaging Create stories and case studies that showcase real impact Ensure all content is accurate and consistent with brand tone Marketing Collateral Support creation of brochures, leaflets, and digital materials Help develop condition-specific content (e.g. dementia care, end-of-life care) Ensure materials are consistent and locally relevant Assist with case study development Campaign Support – working with our SEO / PPC support Support wider marketing campaigns (recruitment, partnerships, brand awareness) Contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives and testing (e.g. A/B testing) Help improve engagement and enquiry generation through content Skills & Experience Essential Strong written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Experience writing content for social media or marketing Ability to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines Strong organisational skills Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and locations Experience creating brochures or marketing materials Desirable Experience in care, healthcare, or regulated environments Understanding of social media engagement and best practices Personal Attributes Highly organised and detail-focused Confident communicator Creative and proactive Able to work quickly and efficiently Comfortable working across multiple priorities Passionate about creating meaningful, high-quality content What Success Looks Like High-quality, accurate and engaging marketing collateral produced (brochures, leaflets, posters) Clear, well-written content that supports services, conditions and campaigns Collateral that is regularly used across branches and within the community Consistent, high-quality social media output across all branches Increased engagement and enquiries driven by content Clear and consistent brand messaging Strong local relevance in all communications Improved visibility of services and care quality
