Responsibilities As a Field Care Supervisor your key responsibilities will include: Conducting regular supervisions of healthcare assistants Mentoring new team members in the field, assisting in the monitoring of quality control Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services and review existing care plans. You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship.
