Dean Jones - Care Manager
Dean joined us in 2017 bringing a wealth of experience to the team having worked in care for over 25 years. As Care Manager, Dean is responsible for the operational running of the business on a day-to-day basis. This includes overseeing the recruitment and training of staff and ensuring the quality and safe delivery of our care services.

Zoe Harper - Lead Coordinator
Zoe joined us in 2018 as a supervisor having worked in a variety of roles in care for a number of years. Having progressed to the role of lead coordinator, Zoe is responsible for organising and scheduling care visits, matching the requirements and needs of our customers as closely as possible to the personalities and availability of our carers.

Sophie Simpson - Supervisor
Sophie joined our team in 2016 as a Care Assistant and progressed to the role of Supervisor. Sophie is responsible for the training, development and ongoing support of our carers. This includes undertaking quality checks and supervisions to ensure our high standards of care are maintained at all times.

Terri O'Hennessy - Supervisor
Terri joined us as a Care Assistant in 2017, progressing to the role of Supervisor. Terri meets all of our new customers and is responsible for carrying out the assessments necessary to develop and agree a personalised care plan.
