The Role This is a community-based Care Assistant role supporting customers in their own homes across Ely, Soham, Littleport and surrounding villages. As a Care Professional, you will: Provide personal care with dignity and respect Support medication administration Prepare meals and assist with nutrition Provide companionship and emotional support Promote independence and choice Complete accurate care documentation You will be part of a small, local team, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
