As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring effective coordination, enabling our customers to receive outstanding, person-centred care from a team of well-supported Care Assistants. This role covers the Manchester South area, and a strong geographical knowledge of the local area is essential. We know we can only deliver excellent care if we look after our team, so we offer: £25,000+ salary per annum DOE, full-time permanent position 28 days holiday (pro-rata) Ongoing training Blue Light Discount Scheme benefits Company pension scheme Smartphone technology, uniform and PPE provided Opportunities to complete QCF qualifications What you’ll do You will liaise with the lead care coordinator and registered manager to ensure the right amount of care assistants with the right skill sets are recruited to meet the needs of the business. You will effectively coordinate and schedule our Care Assistants to ensure care is delivered on time, safely and in line with each customer’s care plan. Strong organisation, communication and a calm, supportive manner are key to success in this role. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling Care Assistants to meet customer needs, preferences, skills and safe travel routes Managing rotas, arranging cover for holidays, sickness or emergencies Processing new care referrals and changes to existing care plans Maintaining accurate records, mileage and incident reporting Liaising with customers, families, colleagues and other professionals Supporting positive working relationships and promoting high-quality home care Participating in the on-call rota once fully trained What we’re looking for Full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle Right to work in the UK without sponsorship or visa transfer requirements Strong level of English with excellent communication Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong IT and administrative abilities with high attention to detail Apply today to join the team as a Care Coordinator!

Live-in Care Assistant
£700 - £800 per week

As a Live In Carer, you will make a genuine difference by providing one-to-one support, enabling customers to enjoy the best possible quality of life in the place they love most – their own home. We know we can only deliver excellent care if we look after our team, so we offer: £700 - £800 per week £50 per week shopping allowance 28 days holiday pro-rata. Opportunities to complete QCF qualifications in Health and Social Care What you’ll do As a Live In Carer, you will live with the customer for periods at a time and provide safe, reliable and compassionate support tailored to their individual needs and wishes. Respect, dignity, choice and independence are at the heart of this role. You will build positive relationships with the customer and their family and be mindful of their home environment and privacy. Key responsibilities include: Supporting with personal care, daily routines and mobility needs Assisting with medication, food planning, shopping, cooking and hydration Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining a safe home environment Encouraging social interaction, hobbies and meaningful activities Escorting to appointments or community activities Reporting changes or concerns promptly to keep customers safe and well Keeping accurate care notes and maintaining confidentiality at all times What we’re looking for Full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle Right to work in the UK without spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer requirements Strong level of English with excellent communication Naturally kind, caring, respectful and professional Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with good judgement and initiative Live In Carer experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
