What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy every aspect of my job. Getting up every day knowing I’m helping someone vulnerable to stay at home and feel loved, is so rewarding and I take pride in my work. It isn’t a job, it’s a vocation.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I love my job! It’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever had and I’ve learned so much. I honestly think I learn new things every day and I get to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. It’s never, ever boring. I find it challenging but in a good way as it pushes me to be better all the time. I especially like taking care of people who cannot do things for themselves. I often think that it’s like helping someone else’s Mum, so I treat my customers the way I would my own parents.
Do you think Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham are good people to work for?
They are great to work for. If there’s a problem, you can chat to anyone and they’ll help you. I really like that the company treats everyone equally so I always feel relaxed when I am in the office and I know that they have my best interests at heart. I feel supported and cared for and this helps me do my job well. Since joining , I have re-started my education, attained Health & Social Care Level 2 and specialist End of Life training and have been able to put these skills into practice, which feels really wonderful. I love that education is a big part of working here.
What would you say to anyone thinking of coming to work for Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham?
You’ll love them. It’s a good family atmosphere and they are always willing to help.

I love helping my customers and the relationships I build with them. It makes me happy.

Oh yes! They provide lots of ongoing refresher training to constantly improve our skills. It really makes you feel confident. They all greet you with a smile! We are like a family.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I love building relationships with my customers. We promote health and independence, improving things where we can, helping our customers stay in their own homes.
Do you think Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham are good people to work for?
Oh they are excellent. That’s why I would never leave them – I’m glued to Bluebird Care! Everyone is happy, supportive, kind and smiley. If there is a problem, they help me and they are always patient.
What would you say to anyone thinking of coming to work for Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham?
You’ll be well supported. Everything is good. They are three times better than my last company. Everything is done fairly and professionally. All the staff are lovely.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I love being able to help people and I feel proud knowing that the company is well run. Having a sense of pride in the company you work for and the people you work with is really wonderful.
Do you think Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham are good people to work for?
Oh yes, I am proud of where I work. People stop me in the street to say what wonderful things they’ve heard about Bluebird Care and I’m proud to wear their uniform. I used to work as an agency nurse’s help but found it very hard work and the hours weren’t great for me.
Once I started with Bluebird Care, I felt like I had come home. I love my job and feel really supported by everyone in the office. Feeling so looked after makes a real difference in how much I enjoy my work.
I work 25-30 hours a week and that suits me really well as I volunteer in my spare time.
What would you say to anyone thinking of coming to work for Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Clapham & Streatham?
I love the feeling that with Bluebird Care, anything really is possible. They are very good employers. You won’t regret joining them.

What do you enjoy about your job?
It’s a peaceful job for me. It’s actually quite relaxing. I do the job to the best of my ability and I really love the relationships I form with my customers.

I can compare working for them with working for other care employers and they are so different. I’ve never felt as appreciated as I do now. They are definitely the best employers, just wonderful!

Everything! I’ll never leave until I've done at least 20 years! As the company has grown, they’ve still stayed wonderful!

What do you enjoy about your job?
We really give what I would call an old fashioned care service – it’s real care. I love meeting new customers and caring for them so they feel supported.

I enjoy working here, I think they are wonderful. All the staff are lovely and the support is tremendous. I love the ongoing training and the regular pay rises!

What do you enjoy about your job?
I’ve met and have some very nice customers and they bring a real meaning to the job. I love that I can really help them, it gives me such great job satisfaction.

Oh they are 10 out of 10 for sure! You feel supported, cared about; you can approach anyone and they will always help. I also love the regular refresher training which really keeps us at the top of our profession.

They are a very organised, supportive organisation. They always say that we are all one big family and you really feel like this is true. My previous company were nothing like this!

My customer and the relationship I have with her. I go in and wake her, she know’s I’m coming and I know what a difference I make to her so I never let her down. I have such a huge bond with her.
