I joined Bluebird Care Greenwich & Docklands, Stratford and Wapping in February 2018 and now Waltham Forest in November 2020, however I have worked alongside Bluebird Care Greenwich since 2013 in various other roles. Working with Bluebird Care I have found it very rewarding compared to my corporate background from previous jobs.

My name is Karen and I am the care coordinator for Bluebird Care Waltham Forest.
I am the link between the customers and our care assistants in relation to care visits. My role is to ensure that all our customers receive their care visits at requested times and to ensure our care assistants have their weekly schedules within an acceptable time frame. I would rearrange care visits to suit our customers and upon their request.
I have 8 years experience working within the care industry. I first started my career as a care assistant in 2010 and within a very short period was promoted to senior care assistant/field care supervisor. It was in 2012 when I started my career as a care coordinator.
I enjoy working within the care sector delivering a high quality of service while also promoting equality, diversity, dignity and respect and making a difference to our customers wellbeing.
My name is Jessica, I have been at Bluebird Care Waltham Forest for a year now. I started with the company doing a level 2 Business and Administration apprenticeship which I am happy to say I have completed with the help and support from all my work colleagues. I am now the office administrator and support coordinator.
Bluebird Care Waltham Forest is a lovely company to work for and the whole team is very friendly and easy to get along with, I enjoy being part of the team and feel comfortable and relaxed working.
Bluebird Care Waltham Forest is led by Anoop Sekhon. Anoop started delivering homecare in Waltham Forest to help support customers in the area to receive homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She has worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as a HR manager.
Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs and to open Bluebird Care (Greenwich) in March 2012. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
My Name is Alberto, I have been in the care industry since 2014.
I started as a Care Assistant. I enjoy helping people live a better life with simple acts of generosity such as giving them my time and undivided attention.
I joint Bluebird Care in November 2019 as a Care Assistant and in January 2020 I was promoted to Care Supervisor. With my new job role, I help our customers in a more holistic way, supporting them to make decisions that enhance their overall wellbeing. I also support our new and existing care staff to learn and develop in their role.
In 2015, I earned the QCF Certificate in Health and Social Care Level 3. This gave me the opportunity to improve my skills in the health and social care sector and have the right foundation to perform my duties as a care worker and Care Supervisor.

My name is Marcia; I started at Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant and was promoted to a Lead Care assistant.
I later on came back to Bluebird Care as a Care Supervisor. I am currently studying a BA degree in Health and Social Care Management and progressing on to level 4.
As a Care Supervisor my main responsibility is to provide ongoing support and care to all our lovely customers and Care Assistants. Making sure our customers receive excellent quality of care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes.
